1. Do you have any stock?

All our handmade furniture is made to order at present

2. What are your lead times?

As all our furniture is handmade to order and we only source the finest quality reclaimed wood, our lead times can vary.
Please contact us with your requirements and location to discuss
our current schedule.

3. Do your prices include delivery?

All our prices are inclusive of VAT but delivery is not included.
Please contact us with your full postcode and furniture
requirements for a quote.

5. Do you require a deposit?

To commence with your order we need a 50% non-refundable deposit of the order total, including any delivery charges.

The total outstanding balance must be cleared on completion of furniture, prior to delivery unless otherwise arranged.

6. What are the payment options?

We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, cash and all major debit/credit cards.

7. Do you have a showroom or workshop we can visit?

As an internet based company we do not have a high street shop or showroom, but you are very welcome to arrange a private viewing at our 'living' showroom based here in Nottingham.

8. Is all your furniture 'self assembly'?

Our beds and wardrobes are made in individual parts and our dining tables are constructed with removable legs for ease of delivery and installation

All other items of furniture are made as complete pieces

If we deliver your furniture, we will assemble it for you as part of our service

9. Do you deliver nationally?

We deliver throughout most of the UK.
For Europe and the rest of the world please contact us to discuss.

10. Do you assemble on delivery?

In most cases delivery is a 2 man team who will set up your furniture in situ for you (unless delivered by a third party, who may not offer this service) - please contact us with your postcode for a delivery quote or your very welcome to collect.

Please inform us in advance if you have difficult circumstances for delivery ie: block of flats, limited access, long distance from road to door, no parking etc.

11. What type of reclaimed wood do you use?

We only use superior quality british reclaimed pine beams that have been reclaimed from demolished churches, schools, mills, houses etc.

The average age of the wood is 100 - 300 years old

13. Do you use any new wood?

All our hand crafted furniture is made from 100% reclaimed wood

14. Is reclaimed more expensive than new wood?

Yes, due to the cost of the raw beams and the extensive preparation it is on average 3 times the cost of new wood

15. Do you use varnish, stains or wax?

We only use the best quality natural waxes on our furniture

16. Is your furniture a matt or gloss finish?

We generally supply our furniture with a semi-satin sheen but as wax is a very durable and flexible product, the level of shine required depends on the amount of buffing.
