To place an order please call or email us with your requirements including your address and contact details.
(we do not have facilities to purchase directly on our website – we prefer the personal touch)

Once you have placed your order we will email you an order confirmation with your lead time and payment options. Please check your order and confirm it is correct and your chosen payment method.

To schedule you onto production and commence with your order we require a 50% deposit. Confirmation of payment will be emailed and/or posted to you depending on payment method.

We will then contact you closer to your given lead time or earlier if possible to give you an update or start discussing delivery/collection arrangements. You are also very welcome to contact us for an update at any point.

Once your furniture order has been completed we will then contact you to book delivery/collection at which point the 50% remaining balance is due – preferred method of payment for the balance is debit/credit card over the phone or your welcome to pay cash on delivery or cash/card on collection.
