We source wood that has been reclaimed from demolished factories, schools, churches, homes and various other buildings, averaging from 100-300 years old, that would otherwise be burnt or land filled – see reclaimed wood Our goal is to continually create beautiful quality reclaimed furniture while doing our bit to turn the tide on the ‘flat-pack’, standardized throw away furniture culture of today. We aim to meet the needs of clients who want their furniture to be individual and elegant in design, offering both functionality and durability. The right choice of furniture should last a lifetime, not a couple of years before it is again replaced. The exclusive Original and Qube designs meet this requirement in that they are ‘timeless’ pieces as opposed to designs that only ad-hear to ‘of the moment’ fashions and are literally made for life. Wherever possible we aim to maintain business practices consistent with the goals of sustaining our fragile environment for future generations, from the reclaimed wood we use to the recycled stationery and delivery blankets.
