Ordering:
To place an order please contact Mark or Fiona via telephone or email.
You will then be sent an email confirming your order and payment details.
Payments:
All Prices include VAT.
We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, cash and all major debit/credit cards.

To commence with your order we need a 50% non-refundable deposit of the order total, including any delivery charges.
The total outstanding balance must be cleared on completion of order.
All items remain the property of eat sleep live ltd until all monies are paid in full.
Lead Times:
As all our furniture is handmade to order and we only source the finest quality reclaimed wood, our lead times can vary. Please contact us with your requirements and location to discuss our current schedule.
Delivery:
In most cases delivery is a 2 man team who will set up your furniture in situ for you (unless delivered by a third party) - please contact us with your postcode for a delivery quote or your very welcome to collect.
Please inform us in advance if you have difficult circumstances for delivery ie: block of flats, limited access, long distance from road to door, no parking etc.
Collection:
You are very welcome to collect your furniture.
Damaged/Faulty goods:
In the unlikely event of your furniture being damaged when you receive it we will endeavour to rectify the damage or if needed craft you a new item at the earliest possible opportunity.
Note:
Please note that our handcrafted furniture is made from natural materials and therefore can be subject to natural changes dependant on its environmental conditions of which we can not be held responsible.
Please note that sizes and colours can vary slightly because of the nature of reclaimed wood and so photos and samples are a guide.
