11 Fun Storage Ideas to Zest Up Your Bedroom

Posted by Mark Godsell-Fletcher on

No matter what the size of your bedroom, the one thing we always wish for more of is storage.  If you have a small room you are always in need of innovative storage solutions.  I don't know about you but I am always in envy of bedrooms in the USA, I mean, who longs for a walk-in wardrobe or should I say closet?  All that wonderful beautiful storage with lots of different types of solution for all your beloved belongings.  We can have built-in wardrobes to create our version, but they can be costly.  What we want is the storage of a walk-in but without the space and the luxury of the built-in without the cost.  I know an impossible task, but I hope these clever ideas will get your creative juices flowing to add some unique storage solutions to your bedroom. Bed Storage Bed storage is nothing new.  We have all seen divan beds with drawers underneath or the one where it completely lifts up to provide under mattress storage.  But how about up and under storage.  I love the mini library above the bed creating a really cosy nook, and the very large drawer perfect, yes this person loves their films looking at the number of DVD's.  But how amazing would it be as a book library above and maybe shoe storage below? Now I love houses and architecture so I just couldn't resist these gorgeous shelves.  I don't know about just for children, I know many adults that would consider them a 'must' item for their home.
