Our free premium delivery service comes as standard
Our own experienced two-person team will put your furniture in situ and complete any required assembly.
They will even fit protective pads where needed and give any after care advice so you can keep your furniture looking beautiful for a lifetime to come.

Pre-delivery
We’ll call you with as much notice as possible to discuss your delivery date. Usually, 7 to 14 days prior.
We give an approx time slot of 2 to 4 hours, so you don’t have to wait around all day.
For out of office hours or in the event of an emergency, we’ll also provide our drivers’ telephone number just in case you need to get hold of them on your delivery day.
On the delivery day itself
Our delivery team will pre-call with a more accurate arrival time, and keep you updated if they’re running late or stuck in traffic.
On arrival, they’ll bring your furniture into the room of your choice and assemble where necessary, meaning you can just sit back and relax and let them do all the work.

Following your delivery
We’ll get in touch just to check delivery went well and you’re happy with your furniture.
Please note
Kindly let us know in advance of any difficult circumstances regarding your delivery, i.e., top floor flat, no parking nearby, restricted parking or limited access etc.
We do ask if you could ensure access to the room and the room itself is clear and ready for our guys to put your furniture in situ.
We can’t be held responsible for furniture not fitting in your chosen room or being too large to be able to get in the room itself – so please be sure to check dimensions of our furniture and additional components such as headboards etc before you order.
