Payments

All Prices include VAT. We accept payments via bank transfer or cash. For Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and Jcb debit/credit cards they are processed via Worldpay on our behalf. Purchasing online currently requires payment in full or contact us to pay a deposit to commence with your order. The total outstanding balance must be cleared at the time of booking the delivery or your items or you can pay cash on delivery or upon collection of your order. All items remain the property of eat sleep live ltd until all monies are paid in full.

Lead Times

As all our furniture is handmade to order and we only source the finest quality reclaimed wood,our lead times can vary. The general is 8 to 12 weeks however please contact us with your requirements and location to discuss our current schedule and we will do our best to work with you.

Delivery

In almost every case we deliver using our two man team who will set up your furniture in situ for you. In very rare cases furniture is delivered by a trusted third party but unfortunately cant guarantee a 2 man team. This is very occasional as we prefer to send our own team and use our own delivery transportation, maintaining the quality of the furniture from order through to delivery. Please contact us with your postcode for a delivery quote or your very welcome to collect.

Please inform us in advance if you have difficult circumstances for delivery ie: block of flats, limited access, long distance from road to door, no parking etc.

Collection

You are very welcome to collect your furniture.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event of your furniture being damaged when you receive it we will endeavour to rectify the damaged or if needed craft you a new item at the earliest possible opportunity.

Cancellations/Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order at any time.*

We are sure you will love our products, but if not, you can reject them on delivery or return them to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (unless they are bespoke pieces that are made personal to you). The refund will not include the cost of delivery paid.
Simply contact us to notify us via email or phone that you wish to cancel the order, depending on the items concerned we will arrange to be collected or you can return the items to us. There may be a charge for us to collect the items.**

* Standard items can be cancelled at any time. Bespoke items can be cancelled if manufacturing them hasn’t begun, call us on 01159 700 060 to discuss the status of your bespoke items.

** No refunds or exchanges can be given on bespoke items that have been made to your specifications unless there is a manufacturing fault or the items are not what you ordered.

Please Note: Our handcrafted furniture is made from natural materials and therefore can be subject to natural changes dependent on its environmental conditions of which we can not be held responsible.

Sizes and colours can vary slightly because of the nature of reclaimed wood and so photos and samples are a guide.
