Returns & Refund Policy

We are sure you will love our furniture, but if not or if you have simply changed your mind we make it a hassle free returns experience.

Simply reject items on delivery or within 14 days return the items to us in the original condition and we will give you a full refund.*

Simply contact us to notify us via email or phone that you wish to return the items to us.**

* Standard items can be cancelled at any time before dispatching them. Bespoke items can be cancelled if manufacturing them hasn’t begun, call us on 01159 700 060 to discuss the status of your bespoke items.

** No refunds or exchanges can be given on bespoke items(unless manufacturing hasn't begun) that have been made to your specifications unless there is a manufacturing fault or the items are not what you ordered.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event of your furniture being damaged when you receive it we will endeavour to rectify the damage or if needed, craft you a new item at the earliest possible opportunity.

Please Note: Our handcrafted furniture is made from genuine reclaimed wood and therefore can be subject to natural changes dependent on its environmental conditions, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Sizes and colours can vary slightly because of the nature of reclaimed wood and so photos and samples are a guide.
