Product Delivery

Our standard lead time for all items is approx 8 to 10 weeks (8 to 12 weeks for Cornwall, Wales & Scotland), need it sooner? get in touch to see how we can help, we can do miracles occasionally!

All our pieces are hand-delivered by our own craftsmen.

We occasionally deliver via our trusted couriers.

Our team will call you with as much notice as possible (usually 7-14 days before) to discuss your delivery.

Moving house or have renovations?

Order now to get the ball rolling and we will work with you on timescales. Project or move delayed? Don't worry we can hold your furniture until you are ready and then deliver as soon as possible after completion!

Product Assembly

Some of our pieces will arrive fully assembled and some will need to be assembled, such as dining tables, beds and desks.

Our assembly service is included free of charge if delivered by our own craftsmen.

Occasionally we may need to deliver via a trusted courier who may not offer this service, however we can give clear instructions, don't worry its all very simple and easy!

PLEASE NOTE: We can not be held responsible for furniture not fitting in your house or being able to get it in your room of choice, please check dimensions and accessibility before ordering.

We do not hang mirrors or install your TV equipment etc, our service is to simply deliver your Eat Sleep Live items to your home.

Keep your reclaimed wood furniture looking it's best

Waxing

Regular waxing will improve the protection and overall appearance. You can wax your furniture as much as you want but every few months is adequate.

Things to be careful of…

Placing hot or wet items such as pans, plates etc directly onto the surface.

We recommend the use of placemats or coasters to avoid unwanted stains and marks.

But dont worry if you get any marks it is always possible to remove them!
