Beautiful Window Seats to While Away The Hours

Posted by Mark Godsell-Fletcher on

One thing I love about period properties is all the nooks and crannies and the way you can use the unconventional shapes to create wonderful window seats.  Now they seem to be having a revival with many people finding ways of bringing them into their living room design.  Anything goes when it comes to window seats, the size, storage, style, accessories is very much down to your own personal wants and tastes. Bay Window A bay window is a natural spot for a window seat, with its angled lines creating the outline for the design. No, as we said there are no rules when it comes to window seats.  They can easily be created to suit the space you have.
